To ensure the optimal performance and longevity of your ballistic panels, please follow these care instructions carefully:

  • Never wash the ballistic panels in a washing machine or submerge them in water.

  • Clean gently, using a lightly damp cloth.

  • Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

  • Always store the panels flat in a cool, dry place. Do not expose them to direct sunlight, high humidity or extreme heat.

  • Do not bend or fold the panels structural, as this may compromise their protective structure.

Lifespan

Our ballistic panels are engineered to provide certified protection for up to five years. Each panel includes a clearly marked manufacturing date, located on the inner label. After this period, the protective performance may no longer be guaranteed.

If your panels become damaged or have reached the end of their lifespan, you can purchase a new set through New Nude at any time. Replacement panels are available upon request and subject to a service fee.
