All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in their original condition, with the security tag* intact, including all accessories and dust bag.
*Be aware: New Nude offers body protection. For safety reasons, the security tag must remain intact and attached. Returns can unfortunately not be accepted if the tag is removed — no exceptions. This guarantees each piece remains unworn, secure and meets our highest safety standards for everyone.
Please contact our customer service and send us photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. New Nude will arrange a replacement.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return and confirm its condition.
We do not offer any exchange service for the moment. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a refund and place new order.
