We process orders quickly, but if you contact our customer service within 1 hour of ordering, we’ll do our best to help you change or cancel it.
New Nude apologizes! Please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Log in to your account and view your order history, or use the tracking link in your confirmation email.
If a product is out of stock, New Nude will always clearly indicate online when it will be available again. You can check the product page for the estimated restock date, so you’ll know exactly when to expect it back in stock.
This is not necessary because pre-ordering is always possible. This way, you secure your order in advance and don’t have to wait to be notified when it’s available again.
